Professional MembershipProfessional membership is open to any person admitted to the practice of law before a federal court or a court of record in any of the several states, commonwealths, territories, or possessions of the United States or in the District of Columbia.
Sustaining MembershipSustaining membership is open to any person admitted to the practice of law before a federal court or a court of record in any of the several states, commonwealths, territories, or possessions of the United States or in the District of Columbia. You distinguish yourself when you become a Sustaining Member of the Association. Sixty dollars of the sustaining dues are used to support educational programs and publications of the FBA. Sustaining Members receive a 5% discount on the FBA member-rate registration fees for all national meetings and national CLE events. They also receive recognition in The Federal Lawyer Magazine.
